Flexible Staffing Options

CSW allows you to take advantage of the following placement options:

Per Diem / Temporary

Most effective way to fill immediate staffing needs due to staff shortages, vacation requests, medical leaves or open positions. Whether for one shift or several weeks, this option allows you the flexibility you need.

Contract

Schedule our employee to work with your regular staff to provide continuity of care. Contracts can range from 4 to 13 weeks.

Temp to Hire

This option allows you to try one of our employees for an agreed upon time and have the option to hire our employee at the conclusion of this time at no additional fee.

Direct Placement

We will recruit, screen and evaluate candidates for your full/part-time opening for a reasonable fee. The benefit of this option is the ability to attract candidates with full time jobs and passive job seekers.

Screening and Hiring Process

CSW's field employees undergo an extensive screening process that includes the following:

Personal interview
Reference checks
Skills testing / evaluation
Criminal background check
License / certification check
Mandatory 5-panel drug screen

Current physical documentation
TB Status documentation
Hep B series offer/declination
Additional background checks and/or medical documentation required for some positions.

In addition to general orientation to the company, all new hires must complete the following mandatory annual in-services: HIPPA, Bloodborne Pathogens, Fire Safety, Hazmat, Tuberculosis, Abuse Prevention, Patient Rights and Responsibilities, Body Mechanics and Restraints. We assure compliance with all State and Federal regulations.
